How we structure our deals

• We pay the planning costs. Surveys, consultants, application fees and appeals are ours, not yours.

• Nothing owed if planning is not granted. The agreement ends and you keep your land.

• Your land stays yours. Keep farming, letting or using it as normal until completion.

Who we are

SB Land Partners Ltd is a small family-run development and land promotion company based in Cheshire. Founded by Amy Bowden and Scott Stanbank we aim to fill the gap in strategic land promotion by focusing on small and medium sized projects, helping to solve the housing crisis by boosting supply one site at a time.

We focus on adding value by getting planning permission for housing land in the Midlands and North West and work with a skilled team of planners, architects, and other specialist consultants to give each site its best chance.
